1. What we collect

When you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the information needed to process your payment, including your email and billing details. We receive your email address and order details to deliver your products and provide support.

We do not collect or store your card number. Stripe handles that directly.

2. How we use it

We use your email to deliver your downloads, send your receipt, and respond to support requests. We don’t sell your data.

3. Processors

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the store: Stripe (payments), our email provider (delivery), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide their service.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@sparkfile.app.
