These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Sparkfile. By buying, you agree to them. They’re written to be plain. Adapt the jurisdiction-specific details to your business before you go live.
1. What you’re buying
Sparkfile sells downloadable digital products (PDF toolkits) for content creators. Products are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.
We aim to describe every product accurately. The templates are tools and guidance; we don’t guarantee any specific outcome, follower count, or revenue.
2. Payment & delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
After a successful payment you receive immediate access to download your files, both on the confirmation page and by email. Download links are time-limited for security; please save your files.
3. Refunds
We offer a 7-day happiness guarantee. If a product doesn’t help you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
4. Acceptable use
Your purchase is governed by the License (see the License page). In short: use the materials for your own and your clients’ content; don’t resell or redistribute the files themselves.
5. Liability
Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
